The four images below are from a preliminary photosession with Alice Kemp to explore the visual style for the images.
In this initial photoshoot basic body-painting was used (all white). Although this paint created some interesting effects, I felt that it wasn't quite right and so it won't be used for the actual project. However these preliminary images do provide a good representation of the lighting and visual style of the images - a strong chiaroscuro lighting combined with deep colour saturation.
